ONGOING 2/24/24 [EWC+] TD Bank - Missing Transactions

We have received reports of TD Bank not being able to download transactions.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

    UPDATE 2/17/24

    To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Backup your Quicken file.
    2. Deactivate all the accounts associated with TD Bank.
    3. Navigate to TD Bank's website, look for third party apps, and unlink Quicken.
    4. After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the TD Bank accounts by using the "+" button.
    5. Carefully re-link your TD Bank accounts with the corresponding Quicken accounts.

    If the issue persists after following those steps, please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
