Vanguard download error message - "an error has occurred"
For about the last month, when using the One Step Update and Update Transactions on my Vanguard accounts I have been getting "an error has occurred" message with no error code. I have gone to the on-line services and de-activated the account and then re-activated it but I still keep getting this error message. I know this has been an issue in the past, but didn't really see how anyone was able to resolve it.
