    Windows classic here - same thing. multiple institutions where my downloads are nowhere near current. Nearly a week old. I tried to deactivate one and reconnect, and I got a CC-501 error. Not doing that again as I don't want to have to reset all my download accounts if I don't have to.

    Definitely an issue with my Chase credit card. In the past couple of weeks I have had two transactions that were not downloaded. Obviously the transactions can be manually entered and cleared but this should not be necessary. Something has definitely changed because this has never happened in the 16 years this account has been active.

    This error is usually caused on the bank’s end and means that the Quicken server is being blocked from connecting to the account. Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.

    As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.
