UPDATED 3/16/24 Unable to reactivate using Direct Connect

If your financial institution has switched to Express Web Connect+ (OAuth), but still offers Direct Connect, be careful when deactivating accounts. If you deactivate, you might only be able to reactivate using Express Web Connect+ (OAuth) until the R55 update is released. This could cause issues if you prefer Direct Connect or need it for bill pay. Due to this issue, if your financial institution supports both Express Web Connect+ and Direct Connect, and your accounts are connected by Direct Connect, we recommend that you avoid deactivating your accounts until the fix comes out in R55.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
