UPDATED 3/16/24 CitiBank Missing Transactions (Express Web Connect+/Quicken Connect)
Our teams have discovered an issue where users are unable to download transactions with their CitiBank accounts using Express Web Connect+/Quicken Connect. We believe that the cause of this issue can be a late Express Web Connect+ cutover date or an expired API token.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 3/16/24
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:- Backup your Quicken file.
- Deactivate all the accounts associated with Citi.
- Navigate to Citi Bank's website, look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After unlinking accounts, return to Quicken and attempt to Add the Citi Bank accounts using the "+" button.
- Carefully relink your Citi Bank accounts with the corresponding Quicken accounts.
