Citi Bank Blocking Quicken Downloads/Quicken Community Website Blocked

Got a new error today. Message popped up saying that Citi Bank was blocking Quicken from connecting because of high volume, to try again later in the day. I can kind of understand that, but jeez, now I have to watch what time of day I try to connect?

Error pointed to this Quicken Community webpage for more info:

Unfortuately, I get big sad face when I click on that link.

I wonder what new errors Quicken will have in store for me.

    Hello @Westley,

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

Also, the reason you are unable to follow that link is because that alert is archived. After an alert is resolved, it will remain open for 3 days. Once it is archived, users no longer can see it.

    Thanks!

@Westley also, that post you cited was initially created in Aug 2021 and reported as resolved in Feb 2022. That is, it is pretty outdated. Not to say it has not come back, but quite possibly something new.
