why no support for this program?

I'm asking to get some banking information verified. You PH,s do not work, your AI sucks. Does not seem like a very supported program

    You got a response, that asked some questions of you, on the same day that you originally posted.

    You never responded to those questions … so what do you expect us to do? Read your mind?
