Can't disable "Introduction to Reconcile"

I have this annoying message every time I try to reconcile an account. There's a box to check "Don't show this message again" and this does not disable the message coming back. How do I get rid of this?

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
