US Bank won't let me update to send payments

I'm getting an error message stating their are no transactions to review, which is true, as I just reconciled my account. I'm using Direct Connect and need to update the account to send out payments. It has errored out so many times over this I now get a message come back in a couple of days. This is impacting my payment dates, ugh!
