Credit score still undefined

I reported that credit score age of credit shows undefined.

Product Alerts: ONGOING 8/9/23 Age of Credit in Quicken's Credit Score Tool Shows "undefined" reports that the issue has been marked "resolved".

Returns a "Permission problem - You don't have permission to do that"

2.I just checked for updates (there were none - at R54.16/27.1.54.16) and restarted quicken. Got an updated credit score. The problem is still present as described.

Please re-open the issue. And this time, FIX it.

All Alerts are archived 3 days after they are marked resolved which is why the Alert you referenced is no longer accessible as it was marked resolved on 3/7/24. If you are still experiencing this issue after it was marked resolved, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
