This seems to be a common question that's asked over and over, yet it seems Quicken has not tried to improve the situation. Upon purchasing Quicken, I tried it a bit and found that it simply does not do a lot of what I want (eg add property value that can update with Zillow, add car that updates value from VIN, connection issues with Principal, Wells Fargo, Moomoo, etc.). I would like to request a refund (it has been less than a day since I purchased), yet I cannot find the order number anywhere. Even the confirmation email just says "Thanks for purchase" and nothing else. Where can I find the order number for a refund?
