Thrift Savings Plan , Acorn can not be added

Acorn can not be added

need help with these two accounts

i have been trying for months to add these accounts to quicken looks like i may have to go to Empower to get control of these Accounts.

To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? There isn't currently a connection option for Thrift Savings Plan in Quicken for windows. What connection have you been trying to use? Are you trying to connect to Acorn, or Acorns? What error message/error code are you seeing (if any)?

What account type is it at Acorns?

The fidir.txt file says that only banking and credit cards are supported.

As for Thrift Savings Plan, that has never worked in Quicken Windows. It is "listed" but looking at it shows that it would never work.

ACCOUNTINFO isn't enough to "download transactions". It has to have one or more of these BANKING, CREDIT, INVESTMENT (plus the connection type).

The entry for Quicken Mac show why it has worked (but I believe it is broken at the moment). It has INVESTMENT:
