CC-502 error - Ally Bank - up/down (Qwin)
just started today - R54.16 - downloading MM acct and CD account

I can not update any of my Ally bank accounts, both savings and Checking. I am on Windows build 27.1.55.15. This error started today 3/26/24, I did manage to sync with Ally yesterday 3/25/24.

First, please review this support article regarding error CC-502.
However, we will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation. It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

For a short time on Wednesday 03/27/2024 I was able reestablish Ally Bank updates but it is not updating again this morning on 03/28/2024.
Same error code as previously, CC-502

Yes - this was fixed for a time yesterday (3/27), but once again I'm getting CC-502 errors.

CC-502 error all week for Ally accounts. Was able to sign into Ally website and manually download transactions… but Quicken is not updating and receive above error. 3/28/2024
