    Hello @bmatt728,

    Yes, your data file from Quicken Deluxe 2011 will be compatible to convert to the latest Quicken Classic subscription version.

    Just to be clear about it, there is no "upload to the subscription software". The program and the data file are both on your local computer (just like 2011) and subscription Quicken has the ability to read and convert the data file from the 2011 format to the subscription format.

    The subscription version has the ability to mirror some of your Quicken data in the Quicken Cloud Account for access via QMobile/QWeb, but the main data file stays on your local computer.
