Can't deactivate an account

I have followed the procedure to deactivate and account and the program is not letting me do it. and it is not letting me delete the account either. I'm using windows 10 and the lattest update.

    What, EXACTLY, happens when you try this? Any error codes or messages?
    What type of account?
    What Financial Institution?
    Are you downloading into this account?
    When, per the message immediately below the account name in the register, is the last time that you downloaded into this account?
    And, EXACTLY, what update are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
