American Express download problem

I have a problem with my automatic downloading from American Express accounts. Quicken directed me to reauthorize downloads. I reauthorized through prompts, it went thru the process —- message stating it authorized and directed me back to Quicken then at the end gave me an error message. I can sign on to my AMX accounts no problem, so problem seems to be on Quicken end.
