Synchrony Bank credit cards: unable to download QMac - Sam's Club, Belk & Amazon (edit)
I have been unable to download to these accounts since 1.7.2024
Amazon - Synchrony
Belk - Synchrony
Sam's Club - Synchrony
I have tried many of the recommendations from this site and others online. None have been successful. Any assistance would be appreciated—long-time

FWIW I am able to download Amazon syncrony no problem

I am not getting any error codes. Just this: I am able to log into all three accounts online so I know the user name and password are correct.

I contacted Synchrony Bank today and was told they no longer support automatic downloads from Quicken. Only manual exports.🤨

Wow, that is bad news. I enjoyed the automatic downloads. Maybe quicken can change their minds.

My Sam's Club account downloads fine everyday. Something else is going on here. Call Quicken support.

Quicken can't change the minds of financial institutions; customers of the financial institutions are the only ones who can lobby their financial institution to support Quicken.
