Quicken will not download from Cit Bank account
For about a month, I have not been able to receive downloads from Cit Bank. It allows me to get to the point of getting the verification code, then tells me that something is invalid. I have the correct login and passcode. What is going on? I spoke with Cit Bank and they say it is a Quicken problem. I am using Sonoma 14.4.1

Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please?
It may also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the failed download error. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
