any update on the resolution of the wells fargo credit card transactions not updating?

    I do not get an error message, but it hasn’t downloaded any WF credit card transactions in several months. I checked the wells side, and I have granted access to the card.

    My WF credit in my main data file has been downloading well for many months. It is set up with DC.

    I also have this credit card set up to download with EWC+ in a test file. It has been downloading pretty well ever since the EWC+ connection became available.

    What is the connection method your card is set up with? You can get that information from Account List, the top left of the Account Register just below the Account Name or from the Online Services tab of Account Details.

    Also, have you tried Reset Account?
