How to connect LL Bean Mastercard to Bill Pay

I am using quicken classic premier on windows 11.

My account is connected:

But when I try to add it to the bill pay LL Bean Master card doesnt show up. When I pick citi I get this message:

Are there any options to be able to use quicken bill pay with a Citibank LL Bean Master Card.

    Based on your screenshot, it looks like you're selecting "Citi" Online Biller to connect. Have you tried connecting via the "LL Bean Credit Card" Online Biller instance instead? If so, what was the outcome?

    Hi yes I picked citibank because LL bean did not show up as an option and the card is through citi.

    Hello @Rod Christmas,

    If you type "LL" into the add account space, you should find the L.L.Bean Mastercard instance (see below). Please attempt to connect to this instance and let us know how it goes.
