CLOSED 6/20/24 Dime Community Bank Personal Web - "Quicken couldn't find any accounts to add"

We have identified that users with Dime Community Bank Personal Web are receiving CC-501 in Quicken for Windows and "Quicken couldn't find any accounts to add" in Quicken for Mac.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
