Quicken Passcode and Touch ID Sensor Don't Work on Samsung S21 (edit)

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I'm unable to enable use of the Quicken Passcode and Touch ID. When I try to enable them, the slide button immediately returns to the disabled setting. I use a Samsung Galaxy S21 and have checked the app permissions and biometric settings. I see nothing that would prevent enabling the Quicken Passcode or Touch ID. However, I'm able to use Touch ID with other apps on my phone. Please advise and thanks.

    Hello @tjbuki,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Quicken Mobile app? If not, I suggest doing so and let us know the outcome.

    Thank you!
