Poppy Bank
I've been unable to update my HYSA at Poppy bank? I received the below message from Poppy Bank:
"We recently went through a system and online banking vendor change. The URL that Quicken may be using is outdated. Can you confirm with Quicken if they are using this following URL:
https://digital.poppy.bank/poppybankonlinebanking/uux.aspx#/login
or
https://www.poppy.bank/
I am using Quicken Classic Business and Personal
Version R56.9
Build 27.1.56.9
On Windows 10 Enterprise
Can anyone at Quicken confirm the URL so that I can determine where the problem lies (Quicken or Poppy Bank)?

As shown in the screenshot below, the URL being used is the latter— www.poppy.bank.
If this is not the correct URL and the financial instution has changed it to the first URL you provided, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken. @ehcchiro Here's what I found in FIDIR.TXT, which records the connections between Q and the various FI's.

Since this seems to agree with what you posted … WHY were you unable to update? What happened? Any error code or message?
