Home Depot Consumer Credit Card
I am trying to add my Home Depot card with no luck. I see older posted dated back a few years with people having issues. Has this ever been resolved? No matter what Home Depot option I choose I can't login.

Hello @sproctor61,
Could you please elaborate and provide more details as to what exactly happens when you attempt to connect? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.

There are a few choices when trying to add Home Depot Consumer Credit Card:
I Chose the 3rd one and get a error when trying to login. And yes, my username and password are correct:
Also, if you notice the URL is different on the Website page where you would login with a browwser:
I have tried all the options and no luck.

Thank you for your reply,
I am not seeing any open alerts for the issue you describe. If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file and follow these steps from this article on the "Did you mistype your sign-in info?" error:
First, deactivate any accounts connected to the affected financial institution
- Open Quicken.
- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts;
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution (FI) that are hidden in Lists;
- When complete, click on the account name for your account(s) in the Accounts toolbar in Quicken.
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select the Downloads tab.
- Click on Disconnect Account.
- Click Done. Do this on each account with this FI.
- Quit Quicken.
Second, delete Quicken passwords from the Keychain
- Open Finder and go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access app;
- On the left panel in the Keychain app, set the Keychains to Login and the Category to Passwords.
- Find and delete any entries that show Quicken or Quicken Connect and this FI name;
- Quit the Keychain Access app and open Quicken.
Third, re-add the accounts
- Go to Accounts > Add Account.
- Type the name of the financial institution and make the appropriate selection.
- Enter your login credentials and click Continue.
- When Quicken has returned all accounts discovered for this FI, very carefully LINK each of the found accounts to the appropriate account you already have setup in Quicken.
Please let me know how it goes!

Yea none of that worked, thanks for trying. I think the issue is that quicken uses the incorrect URL for Home Depot accounts. Oh well, will just have to wait and see if it ever gets fixed.

Thank you for your reply,
The URL displayed on the Add Account screen is generally the URL for the main website or for customer service, and isn't necessarily the URL we use for connecting/updating accounts. When I check our FIDIR listing, the URL does look correct (based on the screenshot you posted). I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance since they have access to tools we on the Community can't access and they're able to escalate the issue if needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
