    Interesting coincidences.

    Opened Quicken and got the following:

    1 amex.JPG

    However, never prompted from Quicken to go login and authorize. Even after trying to update just the affected accounts.

    Would reset account bring up the proper authorization?

    I'll see if there are other topics on this.

    Got the prompt first thing this morning and Amex reathorized as expected with no issues.

    I am not, thanks Jasmine. Just took a long time to get the prompt after the message from Quicken.

    I did have to do a 2 step authorization code once again this afternoon. Not unexpected. But seems fine for now.

    @Quicken Jasmine There is an issue :( EVERY time I open Quicken and do an OSU, Amex wants me to verify its me with an SMS message with code. This needs to stop! Every now and then, sure, but not every OSU. Can you help?

    And this topic is also stil open for the Degraded Billers issue I am working through with Anja.

    @Quicken Jasmine Just had new issues with AMEX aside from reauth validation each time, I have now lost the account connection. Please see here:

    Resetting the account fixed the lost account, but not the reauth with OSU. Whew :)
