Cannot download transactions or quotes. Online service unavailable

I was notified yesterday that there was a new update to my Windows Quicken Premier. So I installed the update. Today I get the message "Online service unavailable please try again in 10 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience. " Is anyone else having this issue? My internet is fine. I've restarted the product but still can't get any downloads.
