Can anyone download from Service Credit Union?

I had download working from Service Credit Union working. Quicken told me today (7/13/24) that my account credentials were wrong (CC503). So I deactivated and tried to set up online access again. Now it just says "oops we are having a problem" CC902.

This is for Service FCU in New Hampshire (www.servicecu.org).

Are service CU downloads working for anyone?

    I tried again this morning (7/14). The behavior has changed. Now it tries to go through the normal dialogue to enable online access. But it asks for a method to verify. I choose phone, my bank only offers an automated phone call providing an access code, and I supply it. A minute or so later it asks again and the loop repeats indefinitely. I assume indefinitely, I gave up after 5 phone calls.

    Can anyone else get quicken to down load from Service Credit Union?

    I'm seeing the same issue. I posted a report through the Quicken application. This has been happening since they did their maintenance.

    @Quicken Jasmine Yes, and seeing the same error. It goes through authenticating including sending me the text message with the auth code. Then I get the below message. I'm able to log in on the bank's own website without a problem.
