We are getting reports that customers trying to connect accounts from Citizens Bank—Not Your Typical Bank—are getting a CC-505 or CC-502 error. If you are encountering this issue, please go to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached and please include ticket #11175759 in the description of the issue.
