Issue is not resolved still to this day. Do you just close discussions so your "support stats" look good?

Discussions are closed after 30 days of no new activity. After this, if you are still experiencing the issue then you will need to create a new discussion.

@Quicken Jasmine The original post wasn't mine but I'm just looking for any resolution to the issues I'm having downloading from Cetera and all the posts seem to just be closed with no resolution which is very frustrating. It would be nice if the problem got resolved somehow that it would be documented so customers can find solutions

@Quicken Jasmine I did reply on that thread with the error and when it started occurring. Can you provide any suggestions on how to fix or at least acknowledge that it's a known issue (maybe caused by the global IT outage caused by CrowdStrike)?
