Ally Bank CC-502 errors AGAIN
Woke up this morning and to my surprise quicken is throwing a CC-502 error again when I try to download transactions. I am not sure what the problem is with Ally Bank and Quicken. It just seems like Quicken is fixing a 502 error every three or four months. I submitted an error report lets see how long it takes to resolve this time.

I think it's Ally. My Ally accounts aren't updating on the Finance sites I have also linked.

However, we will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation. It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.
While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

Ally Bank stopped updating today, CC-502 error. This seems to be a recurring issue on Quicken. Ally Bank works properly for a while and then stops updating, rinse and repeat. Anyone else having problems with Ally Bank today?

Same here. 4th time in about as many months. Whatever this issue is, it just keeps happening. Quicken and Ally need to get this worked out once and for all. Tired if spending hours with tech support and they don't fix it either.
