Merrill Edge investment account no longer downloading
Starting today my Merrill Edge account won't download investment info and transactions. Error message said institution no longer supports downloads with Quicken. Tried to reset and Merrill Edge no longer appears in the bank list while other Merrill Lynch units do appear. Tried to use Merrill Lynch Investments but it didn't recognize my account. Anyone else having this issue or have any information? Thanks

Same. Seeing error… "It appears this account is at a bank that no longer supports downloading. You can resolve this by disconnecting to make this a manual account or set up the account at a new bank. (112)". And no longer see Merrill Edge as an option. That doesn't bode well.

Same issue, including a screen shot. It looks like Merrill Edge either is having issues or isn't working with Quicken anymore. Do we need to contact Merrill Edge about this? @Quicken Jasmine

Hello @Dougmoney and @klarg,
Thank you for providing that screenshot and for joining this thread.
First, I suggest deactivating the Merrill Edge account(s) then reactivating them. However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution.
- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution that are checked as hidden in Lists
After that, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
- Open the account register and navigate to the Settings gear on the bottom-right corner
- Click on the Downloads tab
- Click Disconnect Account (if there are more than one account associated with this financial institution, please repeat steps 1 through 3 for each account)
- Navigate to Accounts > Add Account...
- Use the search field at the top of the list to find and select your financial institution, making sure to choose Direct Connect, and click Continue
- Follow the prompts to sign in using your login credentials associated with the financial institution
- If the accounts have been found successfully; use the dropdown menus to link each account to the appropriate account in Quicken
