RESOLVED 10/21/24 Quicken Data File Exhibiting Variety of Strange Symptoms (Windows)

We have received contacts from customers whose files exhibit various strange symptoms in Quicken Classic for Windows. These symptoms include, but are not limited to, missing history on their register, all data missing, or the menu selections under "File," such as File > Find Quicken Files or File > Restore Backup, etc., do not work; only "File -> Exit" works. As mentioned above, these are a few symptoms that have been noticed when escalated, and there can be others. If you are experiencing strange symptoms, we request that you please contact Quicken Support directly so our support agents can collect all necessary info in order to further investigate.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
