I can not connect to quicken server all day. Is this a crowdstrike problem?
I have not been able to do an update and download transactions all day. Is this a crowdstrike problem and how do I resolve it?

Well, if it was a problem caused by the Crowdstrike issue, then there would be nothing you could do about it. 😁
However, Quicken's servers have not been down today in general. Price quotes for securities weren't downloading for much of the day, but it's working okay now. And it could be an issue with a few specific financial institutions.
If you're still unable to connect, please add more information: what financial institution(s) are involved? What exactly happens when you download transactions?

The attempt at update takes an extremely long time. Northern trust bank does update. All my other banks and credit cards, Truist, American Express, Chase, Citibank do not update. I get an error CC-501

Ok. I just reset all my accounts with the banks and that resolved the problem. Thanks for your help.
