I just received notice that Kohl's credit cards will now be handled by Capital One.on Sept 16. I believe that will resolve the downloading issues we have experienced for months.

I mailed letters to the Kohl's executive team and received a phone call earlier this week from one of the executive team. She told me that she appreciated receiving the letter to make them aware of this ongoing issue (although she already knew that there were issues) and she apologized that this will be an ongoing issue until a contract expires in March 2025. I don't have my notes in front of me to state exactly what the issue is but once the vendor's contract is done, they are switching to another company. We will see what happens.

Working again for me also, but I unchecked Kohls in OSU settings because a one-time code is required for almost every OSU. Not enough transactions to warrant that annoyance. I'll manually download using Update Now as needed.

Side note- OSU has been much faster the past several weeks (around a minute) so the Kohls code delay is even more annoying.

I'm a little bit late in getting onboard with this but I was able to connect and link the download to my existing Kohl's account, too. I first did it in a test file and then in my main file.

• For me, I needed to manually Link the download to my existing Kohl's account. Otherwise the download would have set up a new account in Quicken.
• It changed the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount. Good thing that I had previously entered and saved the correct dollar amount in the Memo field as it made identification and correction of this issue a breeze.
• It downloaded duplicate transactions going back 250+ days. I simply deleted them.

When done, the account was in balance.
