    Hello @NibbyKeyWest,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide additional information. Did this issue just start today? If not, then when did you first notice this issue? If you haven't done so already, please try refreshing your authentication token with Quicken by logging out of the program, then logging back in again. To do that, go to Quicken>Sign Out. When it finishes logging you out, it should bring you back to the login screen. Log back into Quicken and test to see if the issue persists.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Quicken Kristina

Quicken Kristina - Yes, of course Ive logged in and out, have rebooted Mac etc to no avail. This has been going on a week now. Ive disconnected and reconnected to Ally but still shows "

A name or number for your AllyBank account may have changed. Let’s fix the issue by reconnecting your account. (CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND)

Help line says its is a known problem you are working on but I dont understand why there arent others with the same issue.

I'm having the same issue as NibbyKeyWest:

I've been having this issue for several weeks, I don't know exactly when it started. I sent info to support via the application. I, too, have signed out and back in. I've tried multiple times each time I open Quicken. Here's my version info, OS, etc:

I changed my password in Ally a few weeks ago and have yet to re-connect all 5 account I have with Ally. It sees them, but the dreaded CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND persists. Have tried all the fixes and am tech savvy.
