Quicken does not support Coinbase

Coinbase is in the Quicken list. It requires an API key.

Coinbase has an API generation tool. I have generated the keys. The fields available in Quicken are too short.

On another thread in the Quicken Community site there was mentioned that the legacy API needs to be used. Coinbase has deprecated the legacy API; new keys cannot be generated.

Here is the Coinbase documentation, https://docs.cdp.coinbase.com/advanced-trade/docs/rest-api-auth-legacy/#creating-legacy-keys

"You can no longer create new keys using legacy process."

Quicken needs to update the connection process to support the new API keys.

    Hello @joecg,

Coinbase will need to reach out directly to Quicken to update any process that they may have changed.

I hope this clears things up!

Whenever ANY financial institution changes their interface to Q … it's the FI's responsibility, per their contract with Q/Intuit to notify Q/Intuit of the change.

They can't make the change until so notified.
