Vanguard accounts transferred to Ascensus - When will downloaded updates from Ascensus be available

Hello Quicken:

Vanguard has transferred administration of certain of its retirement plans to Ascensus, effective today. When will we be able to update our new Ascensus accounts in Quicken?

    I have the same issue. The "Ascensus - RPLink" Financial Institution will not connect to my new Quicken Account.

    Hello @DSK55 and @dr_data,

    I suggest reaching out to Vanguard directly regarding these issues. If they have made changes, they will need to contact Quicken directly to remedy any changes and update further information. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications.

    Thank you Quicken Jasmine for you fast response, but Vanguard no longer holds the account. They are held by Ascensus. Should there be some communication between Quicken and Ascensus to establish downloading of account data to Quicken from Ascensus for these newly transferred accounts?

    What errors are you getting when trying to add the account?

    I see two entries for Ascensus. You might want to try the other one:

    Same problem. Quicken can't connect to Ascensus - RPLink.

    Same for me, I called Ascensus and Jess in icase service said that they don't support quicken for windows. First he said I need to reach out to quicken. I pressed him to transfer to me to his tech team but he did not who that would be. If the link is there in Quicken for the Asensus then it should work! Can someone from Quicken reach out to Ascensus at 888 652 *8086.

    I called Ascensus. The person I talked to said Ascensus did not work with Quicken. While reviewing how to move funds to another provider that did work with Quicken, I asked her if she knew what Quicken was. She said no, she had never heard of it.

    Same issue here. Tried 3 types of login when setting up Ascensus as a new account in Quicken and none of them worked. Ascensus should be responsible for setting this up with Quicken before the transfer.

    The URL that shows up for me when logging in to this new account is: https://myaccount.ascensus.com/rplink/account/login which is different than the two shown above. I don't know how all of this work, but perhaps an FI update is needed?

    In the same boat today. Vanguard has transferred my 401k funds to Ascensus. I have created new Employer and Employee accounts through the Ascensus website, and am able to see my balance there. I am unable to add the new account to Quicken.

    Please disregard my last comment. I tried again today using my new employee credentials (same as yesterday) and the RFLink option, and it connected successfully.
    I suspect that Ascensus was just a little slow adding the new account.

    I've been able to connect using the RFLink option, but it only allows "Simple Investing" not "Complete Investing". So it only tracks current balances and holdings, but does not download transactions (dividends, transfers, etc.). Has anyone else been able to download transactions?
