ONGOING! 8/6/24 [EWC+] Navy Federal Credit Union - Missing Transactions
We have received reports of Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) not being able to download transactions. We believe that the cause of this issue can be due to a late EWC+ Cutover date, or an expired API Token.
To troubleshoot this issue:
- Backup your Quicken file, then deactivate all the accounts associated with NFCU.
- Navigate to NFCU's website, (https://www.navyfederal.org/), look for third party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the NFCU accounts by using the "+" button.
- Carefully relink your NFCU accounts with the nicknames already in your Quicken.
If the issue persists after following this troubleshooting, please contact Quicken Support.
