ONGOING 8/9/24 Chase - CC-501/FDP-101

We are receiving reports that customers trying to add/update Chase accounts are getting a CC-501 error in Quicken for Windows & FDP-101 in Quicken for Mac. We are aware of the issue and are trying to gather more examples. If you are encountering this issue, please go to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached. Please reference ticket 11195623 in the description. While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
