SO I am having issues downloaded transactions from the bank again. I used direct connect previously but that was switched some time ago because of an alleged need to change to Express Web Connect+(EWC+). Made the switch, lost ability to pay bills through my bank and could not reactivate direct connect since it would not download transactions. I updated my accounts earlier this weeks and it told me it could not connect and wanted me to add accounts. Now EWC+ is not an available online service and if I activate an Online Service for my bank it only allows direct connect. I have deactivated and reactivated but I am not given the choice of the connection type and only activates Direct Connect. I have searched Quicken support, Quicken Community and the internet for a solution but they all refer back to deactivate, activate and choose EWC+, which is not available.
Anyone else having this issue and have a solution?
