EWC+ No Longer available in Quicken

SO I am having issues downloaded transactions from the bank again. I used direct connect previously but that was switched some time ago because of an alleged need to change to Express Web Connect+(EWC+). Made the switch, lost ability to pay bills through my bank and could not reactivate direct connect since it would not download transactions. I updated my accounts earlier this weeks and it told me it could not connect and wanted me to add accounts. Now EWC+ is not an available online service and if I activate an Online Service for my bank it only allows direct connect. I have deactivated and reactivated but I am not given the choice of the connection type and only activates Direct Connect. I have searched Quicken support, Quicken Community and the internet for a solution but they all refer back to deactivate, activate and choose EWC+, which is not available.

Anyone else having this issue and have a solution?

    Thank you for providing the name of the bank.

    Also, I was able to verify that you have a U.S. subscription so I went ahead and moved your post out of the Canadian category.

    As for your issue, when you go to select Wells Fargo from our bank list, click on Advanced Options, then click Continue.

    On the following screen, you should now see the option to select Express Web Connect and click Next.

    The next screen you receive should be the sign in screen displayed below which indicates it will connect using Express Web Connect+.

    If you do not see this exact Sign In screen, then please let us know as it will not be connecting using Express Web Connect+.

    Thanks for your help. Not sure how I wound up in the Canadian community, I clicked community in the Visit our Community button from the help section. Oh well…thanks for putting me back into the correct community.

    I was able to get it back to EWC+, but not easily. I was not getting the same screens you show in the reply above. When I clicked the edit button in the account list for the account and clicked the Set Up Now… button I received different screen and then it had me fill in my credentials to the to log into WF. Would then come back as Direct Connect. I clicked some cancels and start over buttons and finally wound up on the screens you show in your reply
