Vanguard Mutual Fund Prices - One day late on the mobile app
Quicken classic for Mac seems to correctly update mutual fund prices after the market close around 6pm ET. However, the mobile app uses prices from the prior day and therefore the market values for the classic Mac desktop and app version are not synchronized.
I've reset the cloud data on the classic desktop as well as the app and the one day lag still occurs.
My question: Is this a known issue that Quicken is going to fix or is there something I can do to get to correct this problem?

Hello @Andrew Dubin,
I know that you mentioned attempting to reset the cloud data, however, I suggest reviewing the instructions below. Doing so does not affect your data file nor other Cloud Accounts (if applicable). Please, follow the instructions below in order to do so.
- Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
- Preferences...
- Mobile, Web & Alerts
- Use the toggle button on the left to turn Sync OFF
- Click Disable Sync
- Navigate to Connected Services
- Click Reset (click Reset again on the pop-up box)
- Once the Reset completes, navigate back to Mobile, Web & Alerts
- Use the toggle button on the left to turn Sync ON
- Click Enable Sync
Once that is done, go back to Mobile, Web & Alerts to select/deselect the accounts as desired and see if the issue still continues to persist.

Hi Jasmine,
I appplied the steps above and the desktop and mobile apps are now sysconized - thank you!
Two additonal questions:
- What is the data source Quicken uses to update Vanguard mutual fund prices?d
- What time after the close does Quicken updates mutual fund prices? It appears to be around 6pm ET.
Thanks - Andrew
