TD Bank Bill Payments Not Downloading

Using Quiken Deluxe Classic. When downloading transactions I am not getting the bills I have set up for payment at TD Bank. I am getting the payments once the transaction has cleared but not when the payment has been set up and has not yet been paid.

    TD Bank US, or TD Bank Cdn? What's your download method from them? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Transaction Download" column for this info.

    Hello @wolfgdw,

    If you were previously seeing bills you'd scheduled via the financial institution's bill pay and now you are not, that indicates you used to be connected via Direct Connect and ended up switching to Express Web Connect +.

    If you want to switch back over to Direct Connect, first, please backup your Quicken file. Then, deactivate the TD Bank accounts you want to change to Direct Connect. Go to Tools>Add Account and search for TD Bank. Click on TD Bank Online Banking to select it, then click the Advanced Options link.

    Review the information about Quicken's connection with Intuit, then click Continue. Click the radio button next to Direct Connect, then click Next.

    Follow the prompts to authenticate and connect your accounts with Quicken, making sure to carefully re-link the accounts to the correct nickname in Quicken.
