I ran into the same problem with my capital one credit card. Transactions had not downloaded since the beginning of August. Solved the problem by going to account details/online services/ where I "reset" the account. In the process, the Capital One site said "you are already sharing", suggesting the problem was not at their end. However, at the end of the process all the missing transactions downloaded.

Will see whether new transactions appear in the future

I am having the same problem with my capital one credit card transactions. I have tried everything on both sides: removed the link on Capital One and tried relinked, reset on the Quicken side, fully disconnected on the Quicken side. Nothing works and the message received is the same no matter what. "There is a problem and it isn't my fault." Quicken Support, please note and let us know what the issue is and when it can be resolved. This is very annoying and cumbersome. Thank you.

@Pfornabi You ask for Quicken Support to respond, but this site is NOT Quicken Support. This is a "community" site, mostly with fellow Quicken users trying to help each other out; there are also a handful of moderators who keep the site organized, but they are not Quicken Support. Clci the Support link at the top of the page to connect them by phone or text chat.

    Hello @rm54tm46,

I'm glad to hear that resetting the connection got the missing transactions to download.

    Hello @Pfornabi,

There is currently a known issue connecting to Capital One Card Services. Please see this Community Alert for more details. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, deactivate your Capital One accounts, and try reconnecting them by going to Tools>Add Account, searching for Capital One 360, and follow the prompts, making sure to carefully re-link your accounts to the existing nicknames in Quicken.

Please let me know how it goes!
