Can't connect to CITI Cards with a One Step Update

Wonders…I tried to reconnect just now (I have the Citi Double Cash Card) using the Quicken selection of Citi Smart Card Master Card and it connected perfectly. I downloaded no transactions because I had none to download. I have no idea what the Citi Smart Card is but choosing it worked for me. We'll see how it is going forward.

They have it marked as resolved. NO. It isn't. Not for the CITI Costco card.
Last time I tried this morning with the community fix, it bumped up my downloaded account by $2,300 plus. It was previously matching the CITI mobile app before deleting the financial institution and account numbers and trying again. It's not resolved. A resolved problem would be making my Quicken perform as it did before the issues. Or downloading a patch to fix it. NOT trying a homebrewed solution that didn't work without corrupting the data I had already. This is really like the BECU issue they had the last two summers.

Yeah, it would be nice for the Quicken support people to fully fill their customers in. Again, either Quicken and/or Citi changed something that apparently may require users to make Quicken client changes? One of the Quicken people, can you please provide us a summary of what happened over the past week to 2 months on this issue? Again, the "Financial Institution" of "Citi Cards" used to work for many/all of us(including the Costco Citi card), and now it is unclear if we need to make changes to accomodate some differently named Financial Institution due to your uncommunicated backend changes? Please communicate fully with your decades long customers - it is good business.

As of 2 October, I have tried every instruction/suggestion in this thread, including deleting the account name and number, and am still unable to authorize direct connect for my Costco Anywhere Citi VISA card. Whether I try it through Tools/Add Account, or through the set up online tab in the Edit Account pages, I get to the sign in to Citibank screen and when I click "sign in" I get nothing but a forever spinning wheel. I've tried selecting Costco Anywhere Citi VISA and Citibank Cards and still just get the spinning wheel of death. Since I'm seeing messages from Quicken claiming this issue has been resolved, I'm not sure what to do at this point.
