Mine is fixed now, Ticket ID: 11259466, Fernando helped me out. I had to "Add a New Account" and got through adding "TD Bank Online Banking" and the wizard had me authorize quicken in the TD Bank portal (even though it was already authorized), and at the end, I linked this new login and accounts to existing accounts in Quicken. Lost nothing, downloaded all new transactions without any duplicates.

Thank you for your replies @Bob Shaw,

The screenshots you provided indicate that you are resetting the accounts rather than deactivating/reconnecting the accounts, and that when you get to the add/link screen, it gives no option to connect because Quicken sees the accounts as already connected.

Please try making a backup of your Quicken file, deactivating the accounts, then reconnecting them by going to Tools>Add Account and following the prompts, making sure to carefully relink the accounts to the correct nickname in Quicken. If you use Direct Connect, please make sure to select Advanced Options so you will have the option to connect by Direct Connect (My earlier post in this discussion gives more detailed instructions on connecting via Direct Connect). You may also need to authorize the connection through the financial institution's website.

    Thank you!

    Hello @Bob Shaw,

Per this Community Alert, if you're still encountering issues, please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance.

Alternatively, if you do not need to connect via Direct Connect, some customers have reported success connecting to the TD Bank Web Connect connection option.

    Thank you!

Web Connect will leave me without the TD bill pay option, which is not acceptable to me. I have called support and they advised that "there is still an issue"
