Old Second transactions not downloading

Like many people here, the latest update appears to have tanked web connect as it successfully connects but then does not download transactions or update a balance. This all started when an error came back complaining that there was no account present with a non-zero balance. I then disconnected and reconnected the account and the error message no longer was there.

Since then, no transactions have been downloaded and I have disconnected and reconnected the accounts several times per some suggestions here and know support issue alerts for other institutions. I have checked online bill pay and it is set to off.

It also no longer reports an online balance.

    You state "web connect", but "web connect" is where you go to the financial institution's website and manually download a .QFX file for importation into Quicken.

    Please check on the Account List (Tools menu) for the correct download method for the subject account.
