RESOLVED 12/30/24 Bank of Hawaii - CC-502/FDP-102, "It's not your fault" QWin & FDP-107 QMac
Our teams have discovered that users with Bank of Hawaii are receiving an FDP-102 in Quicken for Mac and a CC-502 in Quicken for Windows.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 11/9/24
We have confirmed that users with Bank of Hawaii are now receiving "Sorry. We encountered an error. It's not your fault" in Quicken for Windows and FDP-107 in Quicken for Mac. The previous error users were getting was a CC-502 and FDP-102.
We do not have an ETA at this time for a resolution for this issue, though our teams continue to work towards a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

RESOLVED 12/30/24
Bank of Hawaii established a new connection that should allow customers to connect. If you are unable to connect using the new connection or need help changing to the new connection, please contact Quicken Support for assistance.
This issue has been marked as resolved. However, this Alert will remain available for a few days for those who may still be experiencing this.
