Bill reminder
Every month I add my utilities, credit cards and other recurring bills to a group bill reminder. Every month, after I pay them the reminder resets to zero accounts and zero dollars. Why?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this behavior? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is it synced with any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?
You mentioned the group resets to 0 after you pay your bills; could you please clarify? Do you take any action in Quicken when you pay your bills, such as click the Enter button for the transaction group reminder to enter it into your register? If not, what happens in Quicken around the same time as you notice the group has reset? If possible, please include screenshots of the transaction group reminder before you enter it into your register and how it looks after it has reset to 0 (please make sure to redact any personal information). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
