Alight Solutions 401(k)

Quicken cannot connect to my account at Alight. It doesn't recognize the ID/password. The last download was in June 2024. I have verified that the ID/password combination works for Credit Karma, but it will not work for Direct Connect in Quicken anymore.

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages?

    It says in red "an error as occurred" then the following screenshot to fix it.
