Why does it say that there are transactions to review when there aren't any?
Validating the file does not fix the problem.

If you followed all the steps in the support article that @Quicken Anja linked in her earlier post and the issue persists, then I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have access to tools that we on the Community can't access and they're able to escalate the issue if needed.
